Will you be in St. John this Friday, June 27, 2014? Interested in wine? Or perhaps looking to take a little piece of St. John art home? If so, you are welcome to join Bajo El Sol Gallery at the opening reception for Kaye Thomas Eichner and Denise Wright. These two St. John residents are sharing their art in the June 2014 art opening from 5pm – 8pm.
Kaye Thomas Eichner lives in Francis Bay on the north end of St. John where she molds clay into beautiful ceramic pieces of art. Her artwork includes ceramics such as cups, mugs, pitchers, and “seed” jars. For more info check out Bajo El Sol Gallery artist Kaye Thomas Eichner. You can also find more of Kaye’s work at the ClayKaye Website.
Denise Wright has lived in the islands since sailing here in 1981. Two of her passions in life are painting and sailing! Denise currently focuses on painting abstracts illustrating the feeling of the tropics. Similar to the scenery and people in St. John, her art displays the FUN and beauty of the island. For more info check out Bajo El Sol Gallery artist Denise Wright. If you will not be in St. John this weekend, you can also enjoy her artwork online.
This event is being hosted with wine tastings by Island Cork, music by St. John resident Lee Morris on the piano, and appetizers by Ocean Grill. In addition to these great artists, you are invited to peruse the Bajo El Sol Gallery for other fantastic artwork.
